Return & Exchange Policy: 

Here at Terra De Mama, our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered. Prior to returning the item, please contact us at and we will guide you through our simple returns process.


For most products, you have 14 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged.  The buyer is responsible for shipping all item(s) back. Complimentary items may be returned with your product in new condition to be exempt from charges. The shipping costs on return items are the responsibility of the customer.


*The item(s) must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.



Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. All physical products are handmade. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
